Vendor Information, Rules & Regulations

TREAD Off-Road Expo is a family-friendly event celebrating off-road culture, adventure, and the

outdoor lifestyle. To ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all attendees, exhibitors

must comply with the following rules and regulations.

A. Restricted Products

• Political, pornographic, racist, or sexually explicit imagery or text
• Vaping, smoking, or drug-related products
• Items containing nudity, hate speech, or offensive or discriminatory language
• Illegal goods, weapons, or weapon replicas
• All displayed or distributed materials are subject to review by TREAD Off-Road Expo staff. Staff
• decisions regarding product removal or booth compliance are final.

B. Insurance Requirements

• All exhibitors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance listing: “TREAD Off-Road Expo /
• TREAD Off-Road LLC, 1835 S. Convention Center Dr., St. George, UT 84790” as additionally
• Certificates must be received no later than May 18, 2026.
• Exhibitors without proof of insurance will not be permitted to move in or set up.

C. Booth & Setup Details

• Booth fees cover exhibit space only. Power, freight, internet, décor, and additional services are not
• Subletting, transferring, or sharing booth space without written approval is prohibited.
• Adjacent booth placement may be requested but is not guaranteed.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure booth space. Remaining balance is due no later than May 5,
• Payment in full constitutes acceptance of all rules, regulations, and policies of TREAD Off-Road
• Expo and the Dixie Convention Center.
• Contracts or payments received after May 5, 2026 must be paid in full via credit card, cashier’s
• check, or money order.
• Vendors may not start vehicles until after the show closes on Saturday and official clearance is
• given by Dixie Convention Center staff.
• All vehicles on display must contain less than one-quarter (1/4) tank of fuel or five (5) gallons,
• whichever is less. This includes all vehicles with fuel tanks. No exceptions. Vehicles not in
• compliance will be required to leave, and all fees will be forfeited. This requirement does not apply
• to outdoor display vehicles.
• All propane tanks must be disconnected and fitted with brass fittings in the valve.
• All vehicles on display must have one battery cable disconnected. External power sources must be
• used if power is required.
• No flammable liquids are permitted without an approved permit.
• Vendors are responsible for properly securing and displaying all items within their assigned area.

D. Payments

• Cash, check, or bank transfer payments reflect base pricing.
• Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
• Returned checks are subject to a $25 service fee.

E. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and confirmed by phone with TREAD Expo
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Exhibitors who fail to occupy their assigned space remain responsible for all fees.
• Exhibitors are liable for all collection costs, attorney fees, and related expenses for unpaid

F. Display Content & Brand Protection

• Any materials deemed offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate may be removed at management’s
• Unauthorized use of TREAD Off-Road Expo or TREAD Off-Road LLC names, logos, or event dates
• on merchandise is prohibited.
• Violations may result in removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future expos.

G. Sponsors & Event Authority

• Sponsors of TREAD Off-Road Expo hold no management or decision-making authority over vendor
• operations or event policies. All final decisions rest solely with TREAD Off-Road LLC.

H. Agreement & Acceptance

• By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all rules, terms, and policies
• outlined herein.
• This agreement becomes binding upon acceptance by TREAD Off-Road Expo LLC.
• Failure to meet setup deadlines, provide required insurance, or comply with event policies may
• result in forfeiture of booth space and all fees paid.

TREAD Off-Road Expo LLC reserves the right to make booth assignments, adjust show hours, and implement operational changes as necessary in the best interest of the event.
